Hi folks...me and Candy have a nightly blog update before we go to bed. We try and imagine all the lovely places and scenery you are seeing. Sounds like you are working hard too Sue!
Back from my little holiday with my dad - first holiday with him since I was ten! It went amazingly well - but I didn't set a blog up!
Pete, shame about the board - is nothing sacred? But yes, a reality check when you see the pictures of Bali.
On a happier note, I went to see my team on Weddnesday night and we were three up at half time! What's going on I ask myself. Anyway, we let Derby win the second half one-nil - a final score of 3-1, nice one and top six.
Gotta dash, taking Candy on a 25 year anniversary tour - all the places we met in 1980, and then lunch in the oub where I proposed to her! How romantic eh?
Keep up the blogs....
Pete & Candy xx

Hi Pete, just to say it sounds like you're both having an amazing time, my friend Dee in NZ is trying to persuade me to come over and be a counsellor!!! I've said I'll start with a holiday! Getting together with a few from parklane in next few weeks so we'll raise a toast to you, take care x Jakki

However, new VW head Martin Winterkorn was not pleased with the Golf VI’s design and rescheduled the 2008 Geneva Show premiere of the car. He is said to have ordered a complete redesign. The latest addition to Golf’s long lineage seems due for launch sometime in the later months of 2008. According to Hackenburg, the new Golf will utilize an updated version of Audi’s current 160Hp 1.8 Litre plus an amazing Volvo Grille and other VW accessories. Turbocharged FSI mill, most likely with a GT badge, as word suggests that VW plans halting the production of the 170Hp 1.4TSI motor due to reliability problems. The Golf VI GTI is likely to use an upgraded version of the current 2.0 TFSI motor. An SUV variant of the Golf is rumoured to be planned for introduction in the new lineup.
