Finished my Winston Churchill Report

@ 07:34 AM (33 months, 17 days ago)

Hi all

its been a while since I blogged, but I've been very busy with Brave Project and Leeds Met work, AND... writing the report which I am very pleased and proud to say is now finished, we have been emailing a few copies out but some peoples inboxes can't cope with the size of it so will very soon put it on our website so anyone who is interested can access it

as part of the dissemination of my research on 'Violence prevention work with boys and young men' - I am planning a conference with my colleague Pam Braithwaite at Leeds Metropolitan University, as a collaboration with The Brave Project. This conferenc will be in Leeds - at The Carriageworks. Millenium Square on Friday 24 November 2006, working title is 'Educating Young men and Boys - Transforming Anger & Violence into Soft power with Emotional Intelligence' I am now waiting to hear if I can be presented with my silver Churchill medallion by the Queen at Buckingham Palace, in June

much love
